With a penchant for helping entrepreneurs build something meaningful, Jason brings a blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on experience. Now, Jason works as a fractional CFO to help entrepreneurs solve their biggest challenges.

As CFO at Threadless, Jason led all finance, accounting, treasury, investor relations, human resources, legal and risk management activities, in addition to portfolio management of the company’s strategic investments and acquisitions. Jason joined Threadless in 2011.

Prior to Threadless, Jason served as CFO at In-Pipe Technology Company, a privately-held, venture-backed company which provides wastewater solutions, and Vice President at Valor Equity Partners, a Chicago-based, middle market private equity firm. Previously, Jason held numerous roles of increasing responsibility at leading CPG companies, including Finance Director at Newell Rubbermaid and Investor Relations Manager at Kellogg Company. Jason began his career with Deloitte.

Jason received his MBA from Kellogg and BBA Cum Laude from Loyola University Chicago. Jason is a CPA (inactive), and has also passed levels I and II of the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) program. Outside of the office, Jason can be found on a tennis or pickleball court, or with his family.
